Don’t be nervous. I know easier said than done. Be confident in the abilities you know you have and what you know you’re capable of. Good thing is your manager already knows you so it’ll make that process hopefully easier. Best of luck in your interview!

-customer connection as a priority. Making the moment right. Making sure coworkers have what they need so they can connect
-delegating tasks (use the cards) and teamwork.
-Being able to see the big picture and anticipate needs of staff and customers
-being willing to teach and lead by example.
-something fluffy like wanting your coworkers to be the best version of themselves and taking pride in your work. Being the pride and joy of the community yada yada

Easy peasy. Just be ready to talk about how you lead and why you do it.
They’ll ask why you want to promote, and what you would do in certain situations during a shift!
