I gave my notice in as I accepted my old job pre covid back + at a higher wage, and the Kroger store manager came up to me and told me to think about a dollar amount to stay and I'm gonna say $19, but I don't think they'll go for it. Can you imagine a Starbucks lead making $19

I mean it really depends on where you're from. I work at a corporate store in Cali and shifts make $20-$22 in my area.
