I wear the same outfit all year 🤷♀️ Maybe throw a flannel on or a light jacket? Maybe buy some gloves for the window but that’s about it. Then throw your winter coat on when you leave

I like to wear sweaters(as long as they don’t have a hood). A lot of my coworkers will wear thick cardigans. I normally do boots just in case there’s snow. Beanies are also a great option. Cargo pants and stuff like that are also really good and keep you warm. I’ll always make sure to wear thick warm socks too.

Canadian here(we have similar winters). I just wear pants and a short sleeve shirt since I get warm working. If I’m on drive I throw a sweater on. And cute ankle boots. Some of my coworkers do leggings under dresses/skirts but I prefer pants all winter

I bought the flannel jacket they sell on coffee gear to wear while in the window. It’s pretty warm for most chilly days but when it’s cold I wear a black coat that doesn’t have a hood. Find a good pair of gloves with the touch finger thread. I would also try to find a few different things you could layer since the store is never the same temperature in each position.
Also. Use the heater air vent in drive thru. It does help.
When it gets super cold my manager is very lenient on the dress code as long as it’s not offensive or obscene in some way. At the end of the day it’s more important to be warm.
