Oh yeah, tons, this lady came in a couple of weeks ago and goes, can I Venmo you the money, and it’s like 7 am, a line of cars, and it was a huge ass order worth $90. We said no, and she was like “oh never mind then” and the order was already made. Also, there’s this guy that comes everyday and order iced coffees, and we have a bunch of new baristas that forget to sweeten his coffee, and I feel like he enjoys driving up to the window and cursing us out every single time. It’s like he knows, but never specifies he wants them sweetened. He swears he’s never gonna come back but always does.

I'm a male. I was in customer service for 8 years prior to working at Starbucks so I'm used to talking to people at work all day.

Not really crazy so far no other than a few nightmare regulars, the other day I had this old white guy come through with a really nice old car so I complimented his car and told him he had a beautiful car, and he had the audacity to go “not as beautiful as that little body of yours” and DIDNT even tip after. It was just gross though 😂😂
