my new SM was gathering everyone’s availability and kept pressuring people into saying yes to all day availability 🥴 she was like “but IF 10 partners requested off the same day…would you be willing to work past your availability?” nope! would i feel bad? nope! my availability is set for a reason, if 10 people somehow all need the same day off then take that up with them
