I was wearing the sunglasses to protect my eyes from all the debris that was flying in from the window. I kid you not, I almost got blown over and had to force the window shut. It was INSANE. I got soaked, man.

Me too! Yesterday afternoon. Driving rain, lightning and thunder and people still drive up and order. Act like I’m inconveniencing them when I have to scan their app and it’s raining sideways. I tried through the car window (they don’t care if I get wet) and it didn’t work. Sorry I can’t just spirit your sugary milky beverage into your car

Happened to my store yesterday, too. The only bright side to this was that I experienced a lot less “this was a venti” because they just wanted to close their car window asap🥲🤝

Honestly though. There was a time where I confirmed MULTIPLE TIMES. And then she was like “I asked for a Venti”, in a very rude tone. It was before she cashed out, so I up charged her. Want a venti? Pay for a Venti. I was nice about it, but dang. That was rough. 🙃
