Policy and procedure regarding barista trainer to shift supervisor promotion(self.starbucksbaristas)

I was promoted 3 weeks ago. I have never received a formal job offer or email regarding said promotion. I have been play caller all week and my rate of pay has not budged. I have asked my SM several times if I am supposed to receive an email and my ASM said I am. My SM has responded with "I've sent it" for two weeks which i never received, and then 2 days before i started running shifts she said I did not need to receive one. The system does not recognize me as a key holder and I have had to get another shift to unlock the safe for me because I have not been given a code and money management does not allow me to log in either. I am calling PCC today but can anyone explain to me how this is supposed to work?! I am very frustrated to be honest because I am doing shift stuff at barista pay and I feel I am being dismissed when i have brought up the issue with my SM.

Im actually on the phone with them now and they said there is no record of my promotion in July and that my DM has to approve the promotion.

You should call PCC but I definitely didn’t get an email after I was promoted and I was able to access money management during training. Not sure if you’ve supposed to and I didn’t or if you don’t have to. Either way you should be getting paid as a shift as soon as you start training.

I think that's all on your SM. I was hired on as a shift lead so idk about an email confirming it or making it happen, but I know the store managers set up a code for you to get into the safe and I'm pretty sure changes your permissions on the POS. Document everything and get your money back! My SM screwed me out of two months pay with no explanation for soooo long all because she didn't turn a form in for me. Absolutely unacceptable.

This is entirely unacceptable.
You SHOULD receive an email which prompts you to log into Taleo and accept the promotion-- It'll require going through some prompts. I just went through this a few weeks ago.

Yes I applied, was interviewed and told by my SM in front of our entire crew that I was new SSV. I called the contact center last night and they said there is no record of my promotion. Im pretty frustrated.
