Store I just transferred to has so many baristas not following standards and keep getting snippy with me BECAUSE I'm following standards. I don't want to be a jerk because I'm the newcomer in their space, but I'm not gonna start doing things wrong, either? What do I do? 😭

I'll be honest, you can truly just do you, and tbh everything will still be fine, and they'll get used to it. But that'll definitely create friction and it might be hard to be accepted/welcomed. Not everyone will be hostile solely over that but there's a good chance there'll still be hostility.
