Hello all!
I was recently hired with some others by the siren and I was wondering if the raise in October would apply for us as well? I dont want to ask my manager because I'm really not comfortable discussing money with people.

The base pay rate is going up for everyone. You will be bumped up to the new base pay rate.

Not true. If you were hired after July you will not be receiving the 5% barista raise.

Last week. I just heard that the new base pay is going up and was curious.
