I was gonna say! I don’t think it’s the SM who’s the sexist one 🥴

Like the other commenter said, your views seem to be misogynistic. You’re upset that you believe the only quality these women possess is that they look cute, whereas your manager hires them because they have a better work ethic. Not everyone needs to be a SSV or a trainer to be considered a good employee. Maybe you’re valued from the background. There’s a reason you’ve been there a year now. If they didn’t like you, you wouldn’t be there. Now, I may be biased. I only started in December, but was recently promoted to a SSV as well, but let me tell you, being one is not all that you make it out to be. It’s A LOT of hard work that, unfortunately, maybe you’re not cut out for. But you seem bitter and angry at women and now you’re even more angry that women are given the things you want, but probably don’t deserve. Sorry. Long rant and don’t mean to be rude, but maybe it’s that attitude that’s the problem too.

I can tell you im not sexist at all but all im saying is that im upset that ive been here for a year and yet someone could just walk right in work 6 months and get promoted while im still stuck in the same position

Tenure doesn’t always entitle you to higher positions though. Keep working hard. I’m sure it’s frustrating, but if you truly want it that bad, you’ll eventually prove to your SM how hard you’re willing to work for it. Don’t accept defeat. These women aren’t SSVs until they get the final offer. Until then, like you said, they’re just training.
