are you sure you’re not accidentally using the *new fall drink* drizzle cause that is very thin compared to caramel drizzle. If that’s actually what you’re talking about then you can ignore this but I couldn’t tell because it’s not actually caramel.

Okay, I’m having the opposite issue at my store. All the caramel we’ve been getting for the past couple months (since shortages) has been so thick it’s hardly usable. It barely comes out of the bottles, leaves a weird trail across the counter from putting the bottle down, and sinks to the bottom of the drink instantly.
