I’m pretty sure its either something only a DM could order, or it’s something you have to submit a work order for and they would send you a new one. I’ve never found clarification on what exactly are the items a DM can order but in the past it’s been a lot of stuff like this. For example the warming fridge rack that I looked for for like a week…..
