Not a ‘partner’ coming into my store this morning during Saturday peak to pay for her whole order using RECOVERY CARDS !!! And what’s funny about it is my manager was the one who helped her and didnt think to ask at some point what store she works at ???!!! Like hello?

Well, if they gave partner numbers your SM doesn't need to ask, just has to punch them into the computer and get all their deets. But damn, that is one bold mf'er... and I'm kinda jealous I didn't think of it haha

She didnt remember her numbers in the moment and I tried to print the receipt to see and there was nothing :((((

I’d report this incident to the DM because why would a barista have a handful of those if they weren’t stolen. There has to be a way they can see how many nearby stores are issuing.

We had a SSV fired for activating recovery cards and keeping them. Now we have to monitor them super closely and write a note every time we activate one.
Here’s the kicker-he still comes in for drinks 😂😭

Next time that ever happens take down their full name. The same thing happened at my store and I gave the DM the name and it turns out the guy had stolen thousands. My questions is how are these people so stupid that they use their partner numbers AND stolen recovery cards??

I will for sure! I remember what she looks too so that helps lol, but holy shit THOUSANDS that is wild !!!! Yeah I don’t know where the sense is

Geez…occasionally I’ve been offered a recovery card at another store for a mobile order issue when they don’t know I’m a partner. I don’t even feel comfortable taking it from them much less using it….
