There should be a printed schedule out back that you can see.

The problem with new hires is they're not usually on the schedule because schedules are made 3-4 weeks in advance... So new hires are usually just 'penciled' in.

Also, shifts can't see the schedule on the computer, only the daily coverage reports (but most shifts probably don't know how to look it up, managers or Monday openers usually print it out)

*Call the store on Monday (probably between 10-2) and the manager should be there making schedules/district meetings.*

Sorry that shift wasn't helpful :/ that's rude

I agree. Your SM is away and you are brand new. Youve tried everything you can do to be prepared but you were never shown or told any other valuable information.
[deleted] 8 points 1y ago
If your SM was on vacation, they probably didn’t print the schedule so it could be posted. Only the SM has access to view and print the schedule.

Not true. SSVs can access and print the DCRs as far ahead as the schedule is entered in the system. It’s in Partner Hub under “Partner Hours” in the left hand drop down menu same as where you go to request time off.
I’m an SSV and I usually print the DCRs for the coming week on Sunday night (one less thing for my SM to do Monday morning) since I usually work open to close almost every Sunday. If I don’t do it the other SSV who closes Sunday night will usually do it.

The only problem here is that, being a new partner who was likely hired after the schedule was posted, they are probably “penciled in” and wouldn’t show up on the DCR yet, so their SM would be the only person who knows when those shifts are scheduled.

They were probably penciled in to the schedule but if she can see her hours on the partner hub then it will show up on the DCR, but it will be the same hours she saw.

Op asked about the “full schedule” not the DCRs. I’m well aware of the DCRs.

They can print out the daily coverage report each day which shows when everyone is scheduled for

In my experience, most managers have their schedules done 3 weeks out. So when they're adding a new person, it doesn't always reflect the printed out schedule (because presumably the schedules were printed before you were hired). Then the shift lead would have no way to access your schedule. I would have checked for you, and the shift should have, but this could be what happened.

Or you can log into my partner hours and check

You don’t have partner numbers yet? I had all of that set up before my first shift. But if you do figure it out there’s a website called my partner hours and it’s super easy to check. Here’s the link https://id.starbucks.com/SecureAuth87/SecureAuth.aspx?SAMLRequest=fZJLT8MwEIT%2fSuS7k7r0abWVSitEpAJRUzhwQcbZgEViB69d4N%2fjpDwKEhw9mtn9PPYMRV01fOndo97Cswd0Ubqek7uT8ZSV0z6jUowKOpiyggrWG1IhgI3FBAo2LUl0AxaV0XPSj3skShE9pBqd0C5IvZDuTSgb7hjj%2fQEfDuLRsH9LonXYorRwXfLRuQZ5kqgiDkF77%2bUTxtLUCYL0FkQgm4yPDrHA5pVEZ8ZK6LDnpBQVQrs%2bE4hqD19KZo0z0lSnShdKP8yJt5obgQq5FjUgd5Lny4sND%2fj8%2fmBCfr7bZTS7ynckWiKCbTlXRqOvweZg90rC9XbzTY4O6V4hlZXxBft1C1MqTEj0WlcaeVf2%2fxTNBzJZzFo37zq1R%2fn%2f4%2bITmCxa202arxgPgLPkaNphdMMvQzxdZ6ZS8q0ttBbu7%2bksZp2iClp2Vu41NiBVqaAITVWVeVmFJ3Khfmd9aD9ZHLb%2b%2fF6Ldw%3d%3d&RelayState=https%253A%252F%252Fsso-stb.jdadelivers.com

Just follow what you see now, you can't be held responsible and after your first day, you can get more answers. Your trainer will definitely know when you're coming in.

I didn’t get the app set up until like 3 years later when I was a shift 😭😂 idk why it’s like a secret it seems like
thepoopbathroom 2 points 1y ago
Everyone can see the schedule. It’s printed off in the back

Yes, but maybe she misunderstood your question. Maybe she asked if she can check your schedule, like on my partner hours. She wouldn’t be able to do that
