Syrups: toffee nut, cinnamon dolce, raspberry
We just got sugar free vanilla back in (we were out for a few days). My entire shift today we were out of 2% milk... which was great. Today was "surprise milk with your drink unless you specify a non-dairy".

We were incredibly confused one day like a month ago though - somehow we got twice the amount of product that we normally get. My SM walks in and sees everything and she's like "how did we get all of this?! I didn't order this much...?"
We're all like 🤷♀️
She just stares at it and then suddenly she's like "I think we got another store's order... conceal, don't feel, don't let them know cuz it's ours now!!!"
Sad part is it backfired on us 🤦♀️ now customers just assume we have stuff (like everything) and they get mad if we don't! 😭

those three are the top syrups at my store, and i think that one of my sm and ssv’s were saying we aren’t meant to get those until next year💔

That is so rough. I guess we're lucky that we predominantly do refreshers and frappuccinos in my area (college and high school area) and drip coffee (also truckers).

That sounds like a lot of pissed off customers. We had everything but what we have been out of for months(honey, peppermint, cinnamon dolce). Zero sandwiches though, breakfast or panini.

We also had no refreshers and no white mocha. Also, since we had no vanilla we also ran out of whipped cream and vsc. We ended up making it with classic but the whipped cream turned out really weird with classic. So many people were angry.

Honest question, Is that company standard? because we've been out of more and still ran shift. Basically had to tell people they can get espresso beverages or drip coffee.

Starbucks isn’t Starbucks if you are only selling coffee and a half baked espresso beverage. If it’s a supply issue and your manager can’t do anything about it, it’s not your problem. In fact it isn’t your problem at all, Starbucks is really lazy.
