Hello! So I have been with SB for about 5 months now (300) and have recently been promoted to a shift position. I start my training in a few weeks, but I do know that I am trying to move states by March 2022 ish. I was reading the documents sent to me when accepting the job offer and one states that Shift Managers/Supervisors need to be in the job role for a year before transferring. Is that true??? I have spoken to a few people at my store but no one has mentioned that to me yet. Help!!
