I’m pretty sure the customer is lying. That’s obviously not 100% guaranteed to be the case but I would imagine it to be so.

That being said while the fallout of the event is always going to be horrible for the barista I am, theoretically, not against bitter employees assaulting entitled whiny customers with wet rags.

Adults are often worse compare to teens and we are near High School and from time to time have to act as parents. If Barista smacked him in the face with wet rag, good for him.

This one lady used to order the double shot and would complain if it wasn’t the “right color” before she even tasted it. She’d literally just smack the drink right back down on the counter and tell you to remake it. Now she’s complaining to corporate that “her drink was taken off the menu.”

How I feel sometimes. Remake it once? I can deal with that. But after twice? Yeah, this sums up how I feel.
