how are you going to come through a different store's drive thru 20 minutes to close, have 2 seperate orders that are single drinks with so many customizations its longer than the drive screen, say you have someone placing a mobile order as you pull up, get mad mobiles turned off 30 mins before closing. ans then tell us you have partner numbers for them. AND THEN ADD MORE AT THE WINDOW. like good god, dont pull that shit to another store IN THE DRIVE THRU. im so tired of this shit

you should've checked their id to see if the name matches their partner info bc a partner should not do some foul shit like that to their fellow partners 🙃
I remember a couple months ago, they said we should check ppl's id bc ppl we're using partner numbers that didn't belong to them && that whole interaction would've given me red flags

oh i made sure they were really a partner when they did that. they rattled off 320***** and i was instantly suspicious that either they were using someone else's nunbers or just. one of Those partners

im finding that alot of the newer partners, come on my dt with the wildest tiktok inspired drinks whenever && don't really have...partner etiquette..?? && I hate to generalized new partners like that, but thats just what I've seen at my store

Yeah I've been noticing a lot of the 320****'s are literal children and have no etiquette. Like coming during peak with multiple orders and more than one partner in the car and ordering more at the window, like 4 pup cups with spoons and not a dog in sight...makes me really upset because I'm trying my hardest to get DT times down.

I wish we could teach the new green beans about etiquette because I’ve had a few try and do this too. It’s super rude and obnoxious.

I’d be a snitch and find out what store they work at and just let their sm know so they can be coached. That’s ridiculous.
