Do green beans get tips? If they ar win cabs I have never received any. How are they given . When can you get them etc. I’ve been here for only about two months and I wasn’t told anything. Thanks so much

Weekly. Ask your shift about your tips. They’re usually put in the safe.

Tips are counted and done every Tuesday, split between all partners who worked that previous week based on how many hours you worked that week. If you’re unable to claim on Tuesday (you’re off, you forgot, etc), just let a shift know anytime that you’d like to get your tips, and they’ll get it for you from the safe where they’re kept. Also! If you go and help out at any other Starbucks store, they’ll have tips for you as well for your worked time there! 😉

Your tips won’t get redistributed just because they haven’t been collected yet. Definitely just waiting in a safe for ya and the shift can get them for you
