Aerate for 2-3 seconds get a good whirlpool while steaming. Swirl your shots after theyve pulled, swirl and tap milk to get the chunky bubbles out. Pour at a good speed a little higher up and get closer with the pitcher to the cup as your passing the half way of the cup. Takes practice I’ve been trying to master just doing dots before any latte art, besides hearts.

Do you mean aerate for 2-3 seconds? I don’t think your milk would reach the proper temperature if you just steamed for 2-3 seconds. 🤓

Tap And Swirl To Get All The Bubbles, Then Tilt The Cup And Pour Closely Or Pour High Then Get Really Close To Finish It Off. ☺️ They’re My Favorite To Make!

Its been a hot minute... but its basically just how you pour the foam.. free pour then once its getting to the top you angle the foam and pour a little slower in the middle a bit more to get the dot
