i would apply asap and then when they ask for an interview just let them know when you can/cannot meet! I applied while I was still in school and didn’t wanna start working until after my finals were over and my store manager took it extremely well.

Generally it can take a while, I highly recommend following up with a phone call or going in to the store in person

I applied and heard nothing back until exactly 2 weeks later, got a call to schedule an interview
