Getting rehired (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’m a former Starbucks partner and I’ve recently been reapplying to some of the stores in town. I’ve dropped off resumes and called a couple stores to follow up but, I still haven’t heard back from a manager. Is there anything else I can do? I’m turning 26 soon and want to try and get hired before then so I can have medical insurance. Any advice is appreciated, thank you. (:

Go in and talk to a shift supervisor that’s on top of things… usually you can tell. Ask them to put a sticky note in the back for your manager to see the next time they are thinking about a new hire. We’ve had a few stickies and they’ve always been hired! Also, everything is digital now apply online and then drop in.

I agree with the advice given about the sticky! Also if you aren’t already I’d apply to everywhere in the vicinity online to add the extra boost. Call to follow up. It took me a while to get rehired bc of covid etc so I sympathize heavy with you!! You got this
