my manager is like this and at first it would bother me ALOT but then I realized that I cant care more about these customers than the manager of the store. so I was fast but not enough to burn out or feel defeated at the end of the shift. customers will wait 🤷🏻‍♀️

Contact your DM and tell them how useless your manager is. You can have a SSV call other managers or your DM directly and have them turn off mobiles, explain that you’re three partners short and are trying to do everything you can to keep up with the work
