I was all excited about the upcoming 5% raise, until I realized the price of my medical plan is more than doubling this year... and the cost of vision insurance is going up too.
Just wondering if anyone else is in the same situation.

That's why I changed my plans to ones that were almost identical but cost close to what I was paying already. Love the plan comparison feature.

Mines gone up every year but just by a few cents to a few dollars and I’ve stayed on all the same plans.

mine is exactly the same coverage for the same price with the exception of my vision insurance going up $0.02 per paycheck

I signed up last minute and picked the wrong plan that will take a hug chunk out of my paycheck. Stressing right now. I don't know if I'll be able to fix it. If I can't, I literally won't be able to afford to live from what the plan will take from my paycheck.

I’m so sorry, just saw this- but definitely call the help line! You can call the starbucks benefits center at (877) SBUXBEN (877-728-9236). Hopefully they can help you find a way to still change your plan.
You can also try logging back in and seeing if it will let you make changes- I don’t know which time zone the cutoff is in, and there’s always the possibility of the open enrollment period being extended.
