you’ll go to your partner resources in the partner hub and look for your partner card. Enter that as a gift card on the account and add your partner numbers from a full website to earn more points and such

I think the app only uses partner discount, not markouts. But not 100% on that

You can get your markouts! But you have to order in person for your markouts, you can’t use mobile ordering. You CAN use your discount with mobile orders though!

If you still have your temporary partner card from when you were hired, the instructions are on that paper. You need to get your partner card number from my partner info. Then you'll have to log into your starbucks rewards account online, not through the app, to add those numbers to your account.
