don't feel bad. today was one of the stupidest days I've experienced at Starbucks. I was going to stay at my store for the next week to finish out my two weeks with the possibility of staying and working after 5pm. I was swapped to mornings to help out for a week, but the morning shift leader chewed me out the two days I worked. I just quit on the spot and tomorrow is my last day. I feel bad for leaving my afternoon crew friends but the morning people are just jacked personality wise. (mostly just the two I wanna smack upside the head)

I'd want to say just ghost them but as many times I've wanted to walk out, I thought about the people that would suffer in my wake. But you shouldn't work at a place that makes you feel this way. Your mental health is above any job.

Overall, don't feel bad for leaving Starbucks. I started in March and all the experiences I've seen/heard is that this place breaks your spirit over stupid little things. You deserve way better than to be broken over hot/cold bean water.

Aint mean to leave paragraphs, but I have a sour taste from starbucks now.

28 here, you should leave your 2 weeks, but nobody said you have to. if you don’t think you’re going to ever go back to that sbux, then leave. your mental health always comes first. who craps on a fellow barista for not knowing regulars after a week? cmon now. do better guys.

also, your gas tank will thank you. find a job that will treat you better and is closer to home. take care of yourself!
