First let me preface and say this week has been absurdly busy. My store is already extremely high volume so this week has been balls to the wall batshit crazy. But today peak was a whole other monster.
1. Partner on cold bar spilled a venti Frappuccino all over the floor and counter
Then, 10 mins later
2. Partner on front bar spilled a venti cold brew into one of the ice bins

Always drove me crazy when baristas would hold the cup over the ice bin as they fill the cup. Oh good, you might save an ice cube from falling to the floor. But what about all the splashing out of the cup?

My pet peeve too. Just pour elsewhere, who cares if we have some ice cubes fall. It's better than having to clean the ice bin during peak.

Oh honey! Our drive bar stopped working in the middle of peak, our G/V dome lids weren’t fitting on frap cups, someone spilled an entire pitcher of VSC on the floor, drive thru and in store we’re insanely busy and backed up. Crazy morning and a crazy week here too.

we had a whole shelf of vsc (10 pitchers!!!!! 10!!!!) fall one day during peak 🥲 i think it took almost an hour to clean up

I was on bar the whole morning so by the last hour of my shift I was switched to DTO and brain dead. My coworkers said I sounded super passive aggressive when taking orders. It was like resting bitch voice I couldn’t help it 😂
