Any other stores having issues with drive thru where either the dto or dtr or both monitors stop working and when you put a ticket through to get them fixed and ask your store manager what to do and they say keep the drive thru open? Like last time I checked we are timed for getting people from the order point to the window and on with their lives in one minute. How can we do that when doing that both inconveniences customers and partners? For context I opened with my fellow opening shift this morning to find our dtr screen blue with an error message and our store manager told us to keep drive thru open. So we put the drawers in an unused register upfront and in our peak this morning a green bean goes hey dielawnuwu the dto screen just crapped out. And I was on bar. So I stopped to help her out while my fellow shift was stuck helping someone else. Again we were told we need to keep drive open. So for 45 minutes we were taking orders and handling drive thru cash on our up front register until the dto screen came back on.
