People who don't tell me the size they want. They'll list off their entire order with modifications and everything but then not tell me the size. I've taken to staring at some people for a bit waiting for them to tell me before asking "Which size?"
It's so FRUSTRATING! We now have to go through this entire process again cause I couldn't write it on the cup since I DONT KNOW THE SIZE!

I legit just interrupt with "sorry to interrupt but what size did you want?" They are usually embarrassed for forgetting and say "omg sorry, venti please!" Then proceed with the next drinks.

Oof! For your own good, find a way to politely interject to ask size & hot/iced so you can move along. Otherwise it’s such a waste of time for all of you!

Ah luckily for me my Starbucks isn't busy. Like, non busy to the point I regularly and comfortably run it by myself. It probably helps in in a grocery store

I just say, a "grande, then? That's a medium." Then they can just either say yes or change it. Or tell them, "I've got it entered as as grande if that's ok."
But it's also hot or iced. Plus they don't even name the beverage until they have rattled off 4 or 5 mods. I feel like, "Is there a drink in there?"

there's a guy at my store every day.. i say hi how are you and he goes "Decaffeinated!... Hot!... skinny.... vanilla........ latte. grande. and a Decaffeinated!...... Hot!!!!! mocha!!!!!! with 5 pumps!!!!!!!!! venti!" AND HE HAS THE UNMITIGATED GALL TO ASK "are you going to repeat that back to me?"
