this customer today wanted about 2 inches of room in their chai latte and also said they had their own cup. i do the drink and hand it off and then obviously dump the rest of the milk. i then get asked by this customer for the rest of the milk since apparently there was room in their personal cup and they wanted it to the top. i told them i dumped it and they sighed and gave me the rudest look. like how was i supposed to know they wanted it all when they literally said they wanted room?

As if you're supposed to be at their total beck and call until they are done with you. So freaking arrogant, sorry you got that
