I applied at the last minute due to another deadline revolving around college, and I applied for the same plan as before, but it's literally twice the price now. How am I supposed to afford to live when a 1/3rd of my paycheck is being snatched away?

Is there a way I can reapply and change my coverage? I had a parent die this summer and was previously a dependent on my parents insurance. Is there something, anything I can do to reapply and look at my options again?
