Does it get ice as well, or is that old standard?

There's two recipes technically. Ice, melted in to chill, and no ice. If you need it immediately your supposed to melt just enough ice to chill the 5 liters of water but if your putting it in the fridge it doesn't matter

no ice!

Specifically 5 liters of each is standard.

On the non graduated cubes, 5L mark is right under where the cube gets wider.

Officially it’s 2,4,5 2L of ice 4L of water 5L of cold brew. Just melt the ice into the water by leaving it or whisking it. Either can go into the keg first. Once everything is in the keg seal it and flip it upside down to make sure it doesn’t leak.
