-a homeless guy trying to steal drive thru tips
-a different homeless guy stealing a mobile order after we gave him TWO free drinks earlier that day

I feel you a customer started using homophobic slurs towards one of my partner's because they asked them to not reach over the counter. Way she goes 😕 we need hazard pay for being adult babysitters

One day I had a homeless man walk thru our drive with his butt hanging out asking for a frap, then we had some homeless man do his business and finish yes, finish all over our bathroom, lastly we had some homeless man pee on our building (all of this during business hours) in front of our drive thru

I had to call corporate because a customer was stalking me and management did nothing about it 🤠 My manager got in a lot of trouble thankfully and now kisses my ass :)
