im a 320 and my numbers are AWFULLY confusing because I’ll say them out loud and most of the time the barista has to do a double take :,) I have a partner card that I use instead

At my store there is a partner that comes to us every few weeks to order like 5-10 complicated drinks for her friends. Once she ordered during peak and then got mad at us because the person behind her got their americano before she received all six of her drinks. Ever since then she's given us attitude, yet still comes to our tiny store

Partners that give sass are liable to receive it. There’s a lot of solidarity in my area so I’ve never encountered this type of partner in my 8 year tenure. Only problem are corporate new hires. In which case I would just respond, “ I’m just prioritizing the customer experience.”
If I’m daring I’ll remind them they are a partner. But long story short, I wasn’t permitted to work in a specific district for a time cause I had an “interaction” with a dm. So I can’t recommend that last bit lol.
