I assume it’s cause they don’t want you to use mark outs but would make sense cause you’re assigned on the till and couldn’t use it anyways

it’s never been an issue when i ring up fam at my location…probably dependent on the ssv

How would you give them your discount on your own till?

And if we want to get super technical, friends and family can only get your discount when you’re clocked out and you’re the one paying.
However most stores stretch these rules.
