Not really? It only gets white mocha, and also gets caramel and mocha drizzle. Only thing it has in common is the coconut milk and white mocha pumps lol

Maybe they couldn’t find the mocha drizzle so they picked the mocha sauce? Maybe they just didn’t WANT caramel drizzle hence the “adjustments for preference”. I get people who still order this drink all the time. It’s definitely close to the recipe.

Just before my break a guy ordered a grande shaken espresso and then complained saying it’s not what he wanted and then asked for a grande shaken espresso with no sweetener, extra almond milk, and not shaken. So he wanted a grande iced almond milk latte 😤

Bro yesterday I had a lady order 2 drinks: 5 shots in a venti cup with hot water to about an inch from the top, so an americano with an add shot and room, and two shots in a tall cup with steamed whole milk to the top. So a double latte. I don’t even think she was trying to scam us or be difficult or anything, I think she just didn’t know there was basically a name for what she wanted 😅

And to be fair you cant exactly build your own flavored machiato anymore. So this would be the correct way to order a zebra machiato or sometimes referred to as an upside down suit n tie 🤙🏼

seems closer to a coconut milk mocha macchiato! it was a menu drink a few years ago for a short time before they discontinued it (along with the cinnamon almond milk macchiato). when i go to order the drink now, it looks like this since there's no button for it
