I’m gonna say no but I could be wrong because I have no idea. Why are you asking

Yeah, anything written in it is sent to corporate and kept as record. Anything from your temps and milk count to the daily notes. Say someone is late every day for a week and you write it in the book, they can pull up the book and see that it was made note of. Or if you put that so-and-so was spoken to on a matter.

The DRN in EMEA is a legally binding book that must be filled out truthfully and honestly, so filling out boxes just to fill it is not allowed and must be done to the actual work done

One time i was scolded for writing in green pen on the ‘legally blinding’ daily records book

This is why I was asking, well my manager used pink ink in it and then scolded herself for it... I feel like it just get shipped off to be shredded.. or maybe it’s stored for some time and then shredded… 🤷♀️

My current management could care less, we write in every color. Its really nit picky in my opinion.
