hey guys this is a tricky question. I am temporarily leaving the company from fall to spring and they are going to try and leave me on the schedule to make the rehire process easier. Am I still considered a partner then? Am I going to lose spotify? Am I still able to get food/bev markouts? pls help (self.starbucksbaristas)

I don’t think you can be employed for that long without working a shift unless you manager enters like 1 vacation hour a week.
