If we're out of decaf coffee, can we use decaf espresso? My store doesn't carry decaf but if someone wants a decaf coffee, they use decaf espresso to make a pour over 🥴 Seems a little weird to me

I personally wouldn't. I'd tell them that all you can do is a decaf americano, that you don't have the stock to do a pour over

Decaf americano is what you should offer. Do you really have no decaf like retail bags? If you do just have a shift mark them out for store use.

My store RARELY does decaf pour overs with pike bc we always offer a decaf americano first and usually people are cool with it

Yeah, we do offer that but some people still say no & want a decaf coffee so people at my store just use the espresso
