Hey fellow green beans! I was looking at $1 and realized it might be confusing to people.
It was confusing to me when I first started looking for resources. I was trained by a very “hands on” ssv, but I learn by reading and processing information before trying things out. I asked her if we had any types of cards, and we didn’t.
I work based off memory and repetition, so anyways, I wanted to post links directly to some things from that page ^ that helped me a lot.

I just looked at their 'tips for being fast on bar' and let me say-- do basically none of these, save for batching fraps. Don't steam milk for 2 drinks at once (The quality WILL suffer), PLEASE shake every tea/refresher (IN the shaker, not with the lid on a cup.), don't serve expired shots, and NEVER neglect to rinse pitchers or wipe the steam wand (EW, btw)
Whoever wrote those, I pray is no longer with the Siren. We may not always love our job, but I still think we should at least make drinks we ourselves would like to consume.
