i thought its only 20 pumps of pumpkin?? the recipe card says 2 pumps of pumpkin per 100ml for the foam.. 2000mL/100mL is 20. we just make the sweet cream and then add the pumpkin after

I also add a dash of heavy cream at the top of the pitcher when I’m about to finish to make sure it’ll foam right

I- Um so at my store we take a cube put 3 heavy whipping creams, a bottle of vanilla 2% to the top line for vsc and for pvsc we have just been putting a bottle of pumpkin spice in 😂

there is a standard cause there’s a standard for the milk pitcher. and yes it is, we get so many pumpkin cold brew orders we go through 2 or more whole 2L pitchers throughout peak, plus we only have one pumpkin pump and it’s on hot side. wastes way too much time. it’s much easier and faster to have a pitcher of it set up

I wish we had room in our fridges to make cubes of it. 🙃 We made at least 200 of those cold brews yesterday
