It's a rewarding job, where you'll undoubtedly learn about yourself and working with others. You'll have some of the best coworkers you'll ever have.
The benefits are phenomenal. Stock grants, fully vested 401k, great health benies, too.
The job itself just has a lot of smaller bits of information to learn and adapt. No one specific task is difficult by itself, it's rather the combination of all the things going on at once that make it difficult. However, it eventually all becomes muscle memory and you just glide through. So, never be afraid to ask questions.
