I’m currently a barista(rehire) I was a shift for 2 years before I left in 2016. I got rehired in 2019 and came in with mentality of wanting to be a shift again. I’ve been with my current store for 1 year and my SM won’t promote me because he wants me full time and I want 4 days due to having a baby. I got a call today for a shift position at a reserve store. What questions do they ask?? How do I prepare??
