I can't speak for ASM or anything but as a question starting point, I can think of some usual cheesy job questions like "What do you consider showing success in an ASM role?" Or something like "What do you think is a aspect of this role that is overlooked?" Depending how they answer you then might be able to then point to specific things you've done that show your ability in that area.

I always ask “what are you looking for in a candidate for [insert title of position here]” it helps in future interviews and also is really endearing to the interviewer.
