Hey everyone! I graduated from the CAP program in 2018 with a degree in English after being a partner for 3 years.
I then worked in retail banking for a few years before coming back to Starbucks so I could go to grad school and focus on my business. I encourage EVERY partner without a Bachelor's degree to look into the CAP program. Getting a FREE degree is a huge benefit, basically no matter what. No, the degree does not need to be your "life's purpose". It will open doors regardless.
It was fun writing this article as a returning partner, because there are even MORE options for partners looking into college today as there were when I started.
I'd love to hear your experiences as well!
