Hi. Partner going on their 2nd year here. Is anyone else super frustrated with how the working conditions currently are for us? Yesterday I had a total of 5 people, (I counted), yell at me because we ran out of white mocha and cold brew. Even amongst our shortages, the customers have been very rude more recently than ever. I’m just wondering if anyone else is feeling this way, or, if the people in my city are just impossible (sandwich).

1000% agree. Had a customer throw their drink on the floor and another one accuse us of tampering with their drink (we didn’t, lol). They are feral right now

This is why i hate wearing masks. I have my military stare down pat and it doesn't work with my mask. When people look like they are gunna yell at me i give them the "i will eat your soul" look.

Funny you should mention the Impossible Sandwich because we had a lady who came through our drive through just to yell at us for temporarily not having them

Customers have been absolutely monstrous lately - not to mention dumb as a box of rocks. The amount of stupid questions I answer every day is infuriating.
