Been working for over a year at my store and the way things are handled are so unprofessional that many people in my store want to transfer. The amount of things that slide at my store and get unresolved is literally comical and also horrible, most of these problems are serious issues that have been swept under the rug and coddled by our store manager for 3 years and nothing has changed despite going to HR and the DM. Even my shift manager feels hopeless about situations getting resolved because they are basically completely written off by our store manager, and when a problem arises its not being told to the DM or even signed off by the store manager to be sent to the DM. I love my job and my colleagues but there are employees who should of been terminated a VERY long time ago.
