we had a man yell at us today because my store is still out of splenda. we offered stevia or raw sugar, but he very rudely declined and told us “every other restaurant has splenda. every time i go to starbucks they tell me ‘oh, there’s a shortage!’. i KNOW there isn’t a splenda shortage because it’s JUST starbucks with this problem.”

have you ever thought that starbucks is the one having a shortage? just because the mcdonald’s across the street has plenty doesn’t mean we do 🙄 besides, they buy theirs in bulk that goes into a machine - we don’t!
