Im not a barista but I went to Starbucks the other day to study and this lady was standing where they put the drinks when they’re ready.

And she literally had her hands on the counter, was asking with her drink was going to be ready, and was being so rude. The store was moderately busy and she had just ordered. There were probably five or six cars in the drive-through but no one in line to order in store. I took a video of her and put in on my private snap story lol

then after she got her drink, she stormed off another lady did the same thing a few minutes later. I’m just so sorry for you baristas and i just wanted to say i appreciate you guys.
