This morning my store had multiple call outs and someone had to go home half way though their shift. I was supposed to be off today. I had so much to do but there was literally 3 people plus the shift lead and one was off as soon as I made it in. Window times were rediculous but we also had really high numbers for peak. I don't know how we did it. While annoyed at the situation I'm very impressed with the teamwork we had today.

Today we were closing early because one of the three shifts at my store had to quarantine, we ended up with two call outs and ended up closing at 11 am to go help my managers primary store.

Oh yeah, I’m just letting starbucks happen and not letting it get to me. Becuase we only had a three man floor at my home store we were actually fairly slow. We closed cafe and mobiles too. Drive only saved us lol

Same here. We haven't turned off mobiles or closed the cafe but aren't pressuring our selfs for speed. It's not like we are moving slow or anything but we just trudge though as best as we can while staying calm. 😅
